PAYMENT

                                   
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required for all in-water activities and courses.

You may pay by

  • PayPal (+ 6% fee)

  • International money transfer (+ $15 USD fee)

  • Direct deposit to our Mexican bank account

The balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival or by other methods of payment agreed upon before arrival.
​

Group bookings: - All activities must be paid in full 24 hours before the commencement of activity.  Supportlocal.pro / Dive With Locals reserves the right to cancel the entire booking and charge below cancellation fees if payment is not received in time.

All transaction fees are to be paid by the customer.

REFUND | CANCELATION POLICY

The cost of any purchased PADI eLearning and any money transaction fees are non-refundable.

If a student cancels or terminates their course for any reason, refunds will be made according to the following refund policy:

For all activities, courses, and packages: 

To secure a space and/or order educational materials, we require a deposit of 50% of your costs.

​

Cancellation with notification 14 days before the starting date

A full refund (minus the price of the PADI eLearning and any transaction fees) will apply to the amount paid.

 

Cancellation with notification within 14 – 3 days before course commencement

Your deposit will not be refunded.

Courses: you can either have another student replace you or re-schedule your training within 365 days without extra charges.

Cancellations due to sickness or other medical condition which prevents a student from taking the course:

A written statement from a doctor is required, in which we will do everything possible to reschedule the course at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, then the student will receive a voucher valid for two consecutive years.

Cancellations with no notice: No refund is given.
 

Cancellation due to sickness while taking our courses, no refund. We will reschedule the remaining course modules at a later date or course.

 

Students voluntarily terminating during their training will lose their rights to a refund. An alternative training date based on availability may be offered.

 

There will be no refunds for students who have been dismissed because of violation of our Supportlocal.pro / Dive With Locals Rules and Regulations and the PADI Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding.

If it is cloudy or raining, the activities and courses will take place as scheduled. 

 

If the weather conditions are not good enough to go out with a boat, the port captain will close the port, and we will aim to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, we will refund the amount paid minus any transaction fees. 

If this occurs during a course, the part of the course that could not be conducted due to the port closure will be refunded if rescheduling is not an option.

Supportlocal.pro / Dive With Locals reserves the right to cancel for any reason and will give a full refund or an alternate date. 

​

​For your peace of mind, we recommend that you purchase trip cancelation insurance.
